March 25, Pecan Day

Most of the fat contained in pecans is unsaturated fat. 
Pecans are a good source of fiber and protein. Pecans 
are sodium-free and cholesterol-free.

One Pecan Half = 10 Calories
Two Tbsp Pecan Halves (9 pecans) = 86 Calories
