The Benefits of Orange Juice

Ingredients
4 oz skim milk
4 oz low fat yogurt
4 oz orange juice
1 medium banana
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract


Directions
Combine all ingredients and blend for 30 seconds. Serve cold and enjoy.
